4 Coffee Drink Recipes With Alcohol and Without

Looking for some fantastic coffee drink recipes with alcohol and without? We’ve got you covered. Below we’ve listed our four favorite easy coffee drink recipes that you can make at home. Rather than go out to a coffee shop or cafe, try making these delicious drinks at home!

Coffee Drink Recipes With Alcohol

One of our favorite coffee drink recipes with alcohol to make is Irish Coffee, a classic drink that has been a favorite for many for decades. To make an Irish Coffee you only need four ingredients: hot coffee, Irish whiskey, sugar, and whipped cream. Add your whiskey to a mug, then add sugar or maple syrup or any type of sweetener you’d like. Then, add a bit of freshly brew hot coffee, however much you’d like. Top with whipped cream!

Our second favorite recipe is German Coffee With Rum. Also super easy to make, you only need strong coffee, dark Jamaican rum, sugar or sugar cubes, and whipped cream! All you do is add strong hot coffee to a mug with as much sugar as you’d like, stir in about 1 ½ ounces of rum, and then top with whipped cream!

Coffee Drink Recipes Without Alcohol

Now, onto our favorite coffee drink recipes without alcohol. There are many specialty drinks to make at home, but we’ve chosen some delicious, easy-to-make favorites.

Love cold blended coffee drinks you can buy at coffee shops? Make an at-home Caramel Frappuccino! You need strong coffee, low-fat milk (or any milk substitute), caramel sauce, sugar, and ice. Blend your hot coffee, ⅓ cup caramel sauce, 1 cup of milk, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and ice altogether in a blender. Blend until smooth, then enjoy!

To make a Classic Café Au Lait, all you need is strong coffee and any type of milk you’d like. Start by brewing fresh coffee. Then, add frothed milk to the coffee. That’s it! Don’t add any sweetener or extras. Instead, figure out your favorite coffee to milk ratio and enjoy!

Q: What is the difference between Café Au Lait and lattes?

A: Café Au Laits use strong coffee, while lattes are made of espresso. Plus, lattes tend to have a lot more frothed milk added!
